Go inward. Listen. Respond.

the journey of spiritual direction

Living into wholeness means being your particular self as honestly and as faithfully as you can. When you create your safest space, listening to and allowing all the parts of who you are, healthy inner love grows and inspires how you show up and fuels every step you take.

What to bring to spiritual direction?

You can bring any part of your life to spiritual direction. Here are some examples of topics that I regularly see as spiritual direction relationships develop:

  • relationship with God (for people who are believers), self and others

  • spiritual practice

  • life transitions of all types

  • discernment and decision making

  • questions around belief and religious practice

  • impact of the sacred in different forms of service

Packages include six monthly one hour sessions for $360.

Who will benefit from spiritual direction?

Anyone who is intentional about their spiritual journey will benefit from spiritual direction. Here are some examples of the types of people I work with:

  • professional ministers of all faith traditions

  • people engaged in justice work at many levels

  • people in the helping professions who are motivated by deep trust in the sacred

  • people who seek to grow in love and trust of themselves and their connection to divine life and power
